REFERENCE SHEETS
My standard reference sheets come with your choice of:

There are plenty of optional add-ons including extra fullbodies, headshots, outfits, and back views, as well as a personalized background and colour palette. These start at $95USD for simple style, and $115USD for detailed styleMy action reference sheets are much more custom. They include one headshot, one halfbody and one fullbody in the base price ($105USD for simple style and $160USD for detailed style).There are plenty of optional add-ons including extra fullbodies, halfbodies, headshots, outfits, back views, and detail shots, as well as a personalized background and colour palette.
Terms of service
By commissioning me you automatically agree to all the conditions below.1.Process
-I reserve the right to refuse your commission for any reason.-For custom work, you will be updated and offered a revision at three stages; sketch, flat colours, and completed work. It is up to you to utilise these opportunities to make sure you are getting the best result. When the piece is finished, you will receive the .png or .jpg image and any agreed-upon variations of the piece.-For YCH's, you will be updated and offered a revision at two stages; sketch, and completed work. It is up to you to utilise these opportunities to make sure you are getting the best result. When the piece is finished, you will receive the .png or .jpg image and any agreed-upon variations of the piece.2.1.Usage
-Any artwork that I (the artist) create for you (the commissioner) is my own intellectual property and I reserve the right to upload the finished product and work-in-progresses (possibly including reference images you supply) in image and video format to any of my accounts across DeviantART, Tumblr, Twitter (X), Bluesky, YouTube, Instagram, ArtStation, and Discord servers. I do not stake claim to any characters you commission me to draw that do not already belong to me, only the art I create of them.-The above rule has exceptions, most of which require a privacy fee. Please discuss this with me.-You MAY use my art in monetized content. This will add 50% to the total price of your commission.-You MAY use my art for commercial (money-making) purposes. This will add 100% to the total price of your commission.- There is an optional $50 fee to remove my signature, otherwise all art I provide to you will be watermarked.2.2.Rights
-You are permitted to make edits to your finished piece once you have received it, but you still must provide credit to me as the original artist. You are not permitted to remove my signature, if applicable.-You may not claim my artwork, commissioned or otherwise, as your own.-You may use my art as an avatar/icon for any website as long as credit is given in the form of a link to one of my accounts and a clear statement that the art is mine. This rule excludes commissions of original characters drawn for other people. In this case, you must ask permission of the person that commissioned the piece.-You may only re-upload my art to your own accounts if you have my written permission. This rule excludes commissions of your OCs being posted to toyhou.se. I have given blanket permission for this, provided I am credited (teztastiic).3.Payment
-I will not begin the commission until I have all the required references/information and full payment. Payment plans or 50/50 methods can be discussed privately for commissions $300 or over, but otherwise, payment is taken in full upfront.-I take payment ONLY via paypal or Vgen. My prices are in USD.-If commissioning a piece with more than one character present: First character's price is determined with the prices on my sheet. Adding characters after that adds 100% of that original price. For example, a simple style shaded halfbody piece ($45), would be $90 for two characters. The background, if applicable, is calculated separately and varies depending on the subject.4.Refunds and Revisions-I will not refund or redo your commission if you are not satisfied with the end result. As detailed in my process section (1), you will be sent multiple updates/revisions throughout the commissioning process to ensure your satisfaction. If you do not utilize these, I will not be held accountable for your dissatisfaction. It is your responsibility as the commissioner to decide personally if my art is for you. I do not copy other people's personal styles.-I will only refund you in the event that there was a finish date set in place, I was unable to complete the piece in time, and you no longer want/need the artwork. You will receive a full refund in this case. If you still want/need the artwork, the refund will be partial.5.Contact
-Please only message me about commissions via discord (first preference), Vgen, BlueSky, or Toyhouse. These are my most familiar methods of communication. My username for all is teztastiic.-Information I will need from you upon contact, that I will ask for if you don’t automatically provide is as follows. Character reference, pose description/reference (alternatively, artist’s choice, in which case I will need a personality description), Amount of the character shown, Level of polish, Description/reference of background, and How soon you need this piece finished. This is all the information I will need to be able to give you a quote.6.Other
-These rules are subject to change as I grow as an artist and entrepreneur. If you are a frequent customer and I ask you to reread this at any point, please do so.
