REFERENCE SHEETS

My standard reference sheets come with your choice of 1 fullbody 3 outfits or one fullbody 2 headshots/expressions, with plenty of optional add-ons available including extra outfits or veiws of the character, and a snazzy colour palette for easy colour-picking. These start at $85USD.My action reference sheets are not standard, but generally include more figures/outfits AND expressions, plus any other details in the outfits that require special attention. These thus start at $200USD.

Backgrounds and comics

Adding a background to an illustration of a character is a +$10USD minimum, with potential to be much more depending on the complexity of the background, especially in relation to the characters.Paint-overs will depend on the complexity of the piece you'd like me to do in my style, though I insist that any image you provide me for this service be copyright-free (ie stock photos, memes, show screenshots, or anything that is otherwise public domain). If I find that I am being knowingly asked to paint over someone's original work, you'll be blacklisted.Comics are not something that I have charged for before, though there is a $50USD minimum on ANY comic page I draw, no matter how basic. Yes, even for a single-panel page

Terms of service

By commissioning me you automatically agree to all the conditions below.1.Process
-I reserve the right to refuse your commission for any reason. This will likely not happen unless what you are requesting is far outside of my ability range. As much as I try, I'm not a miracle worker.-I send multiple updates during the drawing process; initial sketches, revised sketches, line-work (if applicable), flat colour, shading, etc. It is up to you to utilise these opportunities to make sure you are getting the best result. When the piece is finished, you will receive the .png or .jpg image and any agreed-upon variations of the piece.2.1.Usage
-Any artwork that I (the artist) create for you (the commissioner) is my own intellectual property and I reserve the right to upload the finished product and work-in-progresses (possibly including reference images you supply) in image and video format to any of my accounts across DeviantART, Tumblr, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, ArtStation, and Discord servers. I do not stake claim to any characters you commission me to draw that do not already belong to me, only the art I create of them.-You may not use my art for any commercial (money-making) purposes. Any piece I make for you must be for personal use only. There is an optional $50 fee to remove my signature. There is no option to buy out commercial use of my artwork.2.2.Rights
-You are permitted to make edits to your finished piece once you have received it, but you still must provide credit to me as the original artist. You are not permitted to remove my signature, if applicable.-You may not claim my artwork, commissioned or otherwise, as your own.-You may use my art as an avatar/icon for any website as long as credit is given in the form of a link to one of my accounts and a clear statement that the art is mine. This rule excludes commissions of original characters drawn for other people. In this case, you must ask permission of the person that commissioned the piece.-You may only re-upload my art to your own accounts if you have my written permission. This rule excludes commissions of your OCs being posted to toyhou.se. I have given blanket permission for this, provided I am credited (teztastiic).3.Payment
-The prices on my commission sheet act as a guideline and are subject to change depending on the complexity of your commission.-I will not begin the commission until I have all the required references/information and full payment. Payment plans or 50/50 methods can be discussed privately for commissions $300 or over.-I take payment only via paypal invoices. My prices are in USD.-If commissioning a piece with more than one character present: First character's price is determined with the prices on my sheet. Adding characters after that adds 100% of that original price (including background price if applicable). For example, a polished halfbody piece ($45) with an additional background ($10) ($55 total), would be $110 for two characters.-If you have a date in mind for your piece to be completed by, this needs to be made known to me during the negotiating process. I can work within a timeframe, as long as I am aware of and agree to said timeframe. If I am backed up on orders and you need a rush commission, we can discuss excess fees privately.4.Refunds and Revisions
-I will not refund or redo your commission if you are not satisfied with the end result. As detailed in my process section (1), you will be sent multiple updates/revisions throughout the commissioning process to ensure your satisfaction. If you do not utilize these, I will not be held accountable for your dissatisfaction. It is your responsibility as the commissioner to decide personally if my art is for you, and I do not copy other people's personal styles.-I will only refund you in the event that there was a finish date set in place and I was unable to complete the piece in time. You will receive a full refund in this case.5.Contact
